Trick or Treat! Isn’t it funny how real estate is a lot like Halloween? You never know what you’re going to get- either a trick or a treat.

According to Kurt, he is planning on going as a cowboy for Halloween. That seems fitting, given his love of the rodeo. He went on to let me know that Jeromy, Neiman, Kerry, Mary, and Craig will be dressing up in their favorite Halloween costumes… just another day at the office.
We are currently volunteering nights, with the Sammamish Rotary, putting on The Nightmare at Beaver Lake, which runs Wednesday through Sunday nights until the end of October. We’ve been sponsors of “The Nightmare” for the past two years. It’s a lot of fun and the actors are scaring the kids as well as the adults. Will the kids ever sleep alone again?
Issaquah Salmon Days was a massive success. In fact, if you could actually walk through the streets of Issaquah, that was a success in itself. The beautiful weather brought out an enormous crowd and I felt like a salmon swimming upstream as I tried to navigate through the festival with my kids. It was yet another fabulous event put on by the Issaquah Chamber of Commerce.
An upcoming event that we are excited about is the RMA Dinner on November 4 at the WAC, featuring Joel Deis, regional manager at Marcus & Millichap. He will be discussing the “State of the Real Estate Market.” Hope to see you there!
