maryann@jlservicing.comJuniper Capital Senior Vice President, Operations MaryAnn Blake, a Salt Lake City, Utah native, attended the University of Utah graduating with a Business Degree. She has worked in the real estate industry for most of her career.
After moving to the Pacific Northwest, MaryAnn joined the Juniper Team in February 2018, where she administers in the closing of all commercial loan transactions along with the handling of the loan servicing portfolio. MaryAnn is a member of CREW Seattle where she is Co-Chairman of the Media and Relations Committee and has recently been named to the 2022 CREW Seattle Board of Directors.
MaryAnn enjoys kayaking, traveling, and exploring the trails and lakes that the PNW has to offer with her family and friends. She is an animal lover, volunteers at non-profit organizations, and is an avid Sounders fan.
