Darby O’Neill

Darby O’Neill is Juniper Capital’s Vice President of Business Development. Prior to joining the firm, Darby worked at CBRE as a client services specialist for a team of multifamily brokers in downtown Seattle for almost four years. There she underwrote hundreds of multifamily properties, raw land, and mixed-use projects across the state. In addition, she ran the team’s due diligence process for their listings, managing communications between buyer, seller, and title company. She has great market knowledge and an appetite to learn more.

Darby is originally from Newport Beach, California and moved to Seattle to attend UW. After graduating from the Foster School of Business with a degree in Finance, she decided to make her permanent home in the Pacific Northwest. In her free time you can find her cooking meals for her friends or attending Seattle Kraken hockey games.
