Jared Grose

Jared Grose is Juniper Capital’s Vice President of Business Development. Jared brings a diverse background of real estate experience to the Juniper team – having participated in over $250 million in residential transactions and $56 million in commercial transactions during 11 years in real estate.

Jared began his real estate career with one of Seattle’s top luxury residential teams and spent seven years working on many large and complex transactions. Jared moved to commercial real estate when he joined WeWork to manage leasing in the small and medium business segment in 2018. During his tenure at the company, Jared was promoted to Leasing Director for the Seattle Market, then Leasing Director for both Bellevue and Portland. As Leasing Director, Jared led significant occupancy increases across his markets. Jared received multiple awards at WeWork including the Global Sales Organization MVP Award.

Jared is a Seattle native. He attended the University of Wisconsin where he played lacrosse and majored in Communications. Jared has a passion for golf and enjoys rating golf courses for Golfweek magazine. He is an avid University of Wisconsin and University of Washington sports fan, loves cooking, and enjoys spending time with his parents, siblings, and grandmother.
